Open the flaps of the belt and place it on your lower back. Close the left flap at the front of the abdomen and then the right flap. Attach the extra elastic to the adhesive clasp on the inside of the outer edge of the waistband and loop it around the waist while maintaining the desired traction. Recommended use for a maximum of 8 hours a day.

80% Polychloroprene rubber, 10% Elastic, 3% Flexible steel rods and 7% Nylon 70.

3 (three) months after purchase, on presentation of the sales invoice at the place of purchase, excluding cases of improper use of the product.
