Release the adhesive clasp and pull strap(s) from the locking ring(s), position the product on your waist with the EVA pads under the hernia(s), adjust the adhesive clasp with comfortable pressure, pass the pull strap(s) between the legs and lock in the steel rings, first passing under both and then passing under the first, making the locking effect. With one hand, compress the EVA cushion under the hernia and with the other hand pull the traction belt towards the floor until you feel a comfortable fit.

30% nylon, 30% polyester, 20% E.V.A., 10%elastane, 5%polyamide, 5% steel

3 (three) months after purchase, on presentation of the sales invoice at the place of purchase, excluding cases of improper use of the product.
