1 – Position the product so that the heel is in the hole and a splint is on each side of the ankle;
2 – Close the larger flap at the front of the shin, adjusting the necessary compression; 3 – Pull the smaller elastic band over the instep and attach it to the Velcro on the opposite side, so that it is comfortable; 4 – Hold the two larger elastic bands (one in each hand). Then cross them over your foot and change hands. Pull each strip backwards, adhering one to the other.
