Loosen the adjustment straps and position the sling comfortably on the injured arm. Pass the strap with the protection over the back of the neck, down the front of the body and through the nylon guides near the thumb. Return the tape in the same direction and secure it with an adhesive fastener to stabilize the arm. With the other strap, pass it behind the waist and adjust the guide near the little finger and wrist. Carry out the same fixing procedure as for the first adjustment. Finally, make sure that the fasteners are secure.
