The HIDROLIGHT Thermal Pouch is a practical and flexible compress used as an aid in body treatments. It can be heated and cooled and does not freeze even when subjected to the low temperatures of the freezer. It is reusable.
COOLER BAG:
Place in the freezer for approximately 2 hours before using. After this period, place it inside the protective cover or wrap it in a towel before applying it to the desired area.
When necessary, return the bag to the freezer to keep it cool, and continue the application.
HOT BAG:
Heating in boiling water:
Boil 2 liters of water and remove from the heat. Place it in a suitable container to cover the entire thermal bag and keep it there for approximately 10 minutes.
Remove the bag from the water with a non-cutting instrument, wipe it dry and place it in the protective cover or wrap it in a towel before applying it to the desired area.
Microwave heating:
Place the thermal bag in the microwave on medium power for 1 minute.
Remove the bag and check that the temperature is ideal (variations according to the brand of microwave). If it is still not at the desired temperature, reheat every 15 seconds until it reaches the ideal temperature. Place it inside the protective cover or wrap it in a towel before applying it to the desired area.

The HIDROLIGHT Thermal Pouch is resistant as long as the manufacturer’s instructions are followed, and can be applied hot or cold. The gel contained inside is non-toxic, but in the event of accidental perforation of the bag, it should not be swallowed. If it comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water. Seek medical advice if necessary. The suggested time intervals for cooling and warming the bag are valid as long as the bag is initially at room temperature. Always follow medical advice. Children’s use should be supervised and followed according to pediatric guidelines. Use by children, the elderly or the disabled must be supervised by an adult or guardian. Do not handle the bag with sharp objects. Bearing in mind that people have different thermal tolerances, it is necessary to test the temperature of the bag before applying it (hot or cold).
