Unfasten the zippers (top and bottom) and the two snap buttons; Put the product on keeping your elbow bent; Loop the top strap around your neck and hook it into the zipper; Check that your elbow is at a 90º angle. If it isn’t, adjust the height using the hook on the top strap;
Pass the side strap of the product through the lumbar region and hook onto the lower zipper;
Close the buttons for extra stability, if necessary;
To use on the other arm, simply put it on. No need to turn it inside out.
